The shared foundation for the ReWire compiler. Source annotations (ReWire.Annotation), bit vectors, the Config and Flags records, diagnostics (ReWire.Error), pretty-printing, and the SYB and orphan-instance glue. Consumed by rewire-backend and rewire-frontend.
